Eligibility:

Registration Procedures:

• To Create a BetMGM account, select “Register” and fill out the online registration form. Provide your first and last name, email, date of birth, account name and password, SSN, phone number, and address. You may be prompted to create two security questions. Please remember your security questions and answers as you may need them in the future if you forget your password.
• All information must be valid in order for the account to be verified. You cannot place a wager until your account is verified.
• Sign in to your Account during the Promotional Period.

Limitations on Participation:

• This Promotion is limited to one (1) offer per Account per game day during the Promotional Period. Players only have one (1) pick per day and can only win one (1) prize each day.
• Players will earn BetMGM Rewards Points on all real-money Sports wagers and Casino Bonus wagering. Rewards Points are subject at all times to the then-current terms and conditions of the BetMGM Rewards Points program.

Wagering Requirements:

• The wagering requirement on the $5,000 Casino Bonus is 1x the Casino Bonus amount. For every $1 in Casino Bonus, the player must wager $1.
• The player has three (3) days following the awarding of the $5,000 Casino Bonus activation to complete the Wagering Requirement.
• The wagering requirement on all other Casino Bonus is 5x the Casino Bonus amount. For every $1 in Casino Bonus, the player must wager $5.
• The player has three (3) days following the Casino Bonus activation to complete the Wagering Requirement.
• Players can opt in to multiple bonus promotions at any given time, however, they can only contribute to wagering requirements or release restrictions for one (1) bonus promotion at a time. Order of Funds Used for Wagering:

• After the player’s Account is credited with Casino Bonus and the player starts a new game session, the Casino Bonus will be used first to complete Wagering Requirements. Upon completion of Wagering Requirements, any winnings will be credited to the player’s real-money balance, and any subsequent wagers will be debited from the real-money balance.

Cancellation:

• If a player no longer wants to participate in this promotion, there is no action needed to cancel the promotion. • Upon request for cancellation, Sponsor will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the participant’s Account. If the participant elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a participant’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.
